Children will learn the basic skills and new techniques of the sport, have fun and make new friends!

Action Indoor Sports is fully accredited to Sport England, and has received a grant of £250.000.00 from the Uk Sports Council.

The funding is allocated to the employment of full time Level 2 coaches in Cricket, Netball and Football.

Our coaches have been carefully selected for their qualifications, status in the coaching community and the ability to intergrate with all of children, adults, corporate members, talented players and top administrators within the governing authorities.

ACTION ACADEMY

Launched on 1 March 2008
Offering coaching in Cricket, Football and Netball.

Action Indoor Sports Stadiums Ltd is launching a Sports Academy for children aged 6 - 17.

Intensive skills training in Cricket, Football or Netball, with indoor coaching by our Sport England approved coaches. Children aged 6 – 17 have the opportunity to work towards gaining a Bronze Silver or Gold award in Foundation, Intermediate and Advanced levels of these mainstream sports, gaining recognition, even if they have never played the sport before. Each award will consist of 8 sessions including the award assesment. Children will only be assesed when we feel they are ready. Gold can only be achieved by children in the top age group of each level.

Academy Levels:

FOOTBALL
Foundation Level : ages 6 / 7 /8
Intermediate Level: ages 9/10/11
Advanced Level: ages 12/13/14

CRICKET
Foundation Level : ages 6 / 7 /8
Intermediate Level: ages 9/10/11
Advanced Level: ages 12/13/14

NETBALL
Foundation Level: ages 10 / 11
Intermediate Level: ages 12/13/14
Advanced Level: ages 15/16/17

SPORT SCHOOLS

The same dates and times as Academy sessions, but there is no assesment or awards.

The football, netball or cricket schools are great way to start or even develop your child's football, cricket or netball skills, whichever you choose. Each session is an hour long working on a different skill and finish with a match to test the skills the children have learnt that day.

The courses consist of a series of matches, where children put all the skills they have learnt into practice.
