The gymnasium has been refurbished by life fitness, who have ensured that you can watch your own television channel whilst using the tredmill.
Michelle Sweet, ex JJB Fitness Centre and Marriot Hotel Personal Trainer, will ensure that your induction and training schedule is tailor made and full of fun.
Free weights have been moved to refurbished premisis at the rear of the building.
Our recently refurbished Gymnasium includes:
A cardiovascular suite and resistance weights area (refurbished by life fitness)
Free weights area located at the rear of the building
Supervised gym inductions
Membership packages
High quality client monitoring and after care
Personal Training for individual or block bookings
Fitness assessments to include monitoring and tracking of progression
Sports massage and nutrition advice available.
Body pump and 50+ Aerobics started on September 3rd 2007 with Kate Davies and friends.
