Attention All UK Indoor Cricketers

EICA Premier Cup 2008 to be held Action Indoor Sports, Bristol on 29 March 2008.

We aim to hold a great Day of indoor Cricket, followed by the best Party in town. AND THE MUSIC WILL BE PROVIDED BY “ALVIN”

There will be 3 tournament categories, Men’s Invitation, Ladies Invitation and Masters (35 and over).

Every team will be guaranteed a minimum of 2 full length games over the course of the weekend (6 ball overs).

Action Cricket will be hosting the tournament, organising everything for you from umpires and balls to comprehensive averages.

The Interact!on Bar / Restaurant licensed bar and lounge area will be open throughout the event and the Party!

Local hotels have been sourced and group discounts arranged. Details are available upon request, BUT you will need to organise your own accommodation.

Please download or print a ‘Player Registration Card’ here . THIS MUST BE COMPLETED AND RETURNED TO THE CENTRE VIA POST OR EMAIL NO LATER THAN 27 March 2008. (Players can be added / deleted from this document at a later date at Action Cricket’s discretion).

The entry fee is £120.00 per team (£80 Match fees and £40 Registration fee.) and the amount is due before 27 March 2008. Teams are not permitted to pay on the weekend. Teams will be removed from the event if fees are not paid. Payments can be made by cash or cheque, or preferably via credit or debit card. For card payments please call the Action Cricket on 0117 903 1434 and this can be done over the phone.

HOTELS
We have arranged for a group rate on twin rooms at The Premier Travel Inn, Bristol South, at a Twin Rate of £52.00 room only, and accommodation is available for the 28th and 29th March on today’s date of 14 March 2008. However, these rooms are limited, and anyone wishing to stay with them on either night should contact them on 08701 977 043 as soon as possible.

TEAM MATCHING SHIRTS
Please be reminded that teams are required to wear “matching” shirts for all games. The Management’s decision on what is matching will be final. As a guide, the colour and style of shirt should be the same. If some shirts have different logos for example or sponsor, then this will be overlooked.
